1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and gg44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the gg44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to the gg44 platform. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

3. Account Registration and Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gg44 supports a range of payment methods that are convenient and widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. gg44 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit limits without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.
• gg44 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any such deposits may be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions.

General bonus rules:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on gg44 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. An expiry date will be communicated at the time the bonus is awarded. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• gg44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer, including bonus stacking without qualifying deposits or exploiting game loopholes, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They may only be redeemed in accordance with the specific terms attached to each promotion.

6. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and secure environment for all players on gg44, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated winnings may be voided.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software fault will be voided.

gg44 uses advanced fraud detection technology and reserves the right to investigate accounts that display unusual wagering patterns, irregular deposit and withdrawal behaviour, or other signs of policy violation. The outcome of such investigations is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg44 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of gg44 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the gg44 platform without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of gg44's intellectual property may constitute an infringement and gg44 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for any technical failures caused by third-party software, internet service interruptions, or device compatibility issues on the player's end.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gg44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the gg44 platform and, where appropriate, via direct communication to your registered email address or mobile number. The effective date of any revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued access to and use of gg44 following the posting of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
